Analysis of commonly used seals: The wear ring and slip ring commonly used on the loading cylinder are generally made of polytetrafluoroethylene + graphite, because pure polytetrafluoroethylene is easy to produce plastic creep, which is only suitable for low pressure and low wear resistance conditions. If the sealing ring used is a composite material formed after adding graphite filler, the performance can be effectively improved, the ability to resist plastic creep is increased by 2 to 3 times, the initial deformation caused by the load is reduced by 30 to 60% : the rigidity is increased by 2 to 3 times: the dimensional stability under heat is increased by 2 times, and the hardness is increased by l0 to 15%.

The cavitation of the loading cylinder has a great influence, and to avoid it, it is necessary to use the hydraulic oil reasonably and ensure the quality of the hydraulic oil. If the anti-foam property of the oil is poor, it is easy to produce foam, resulting in cavitation. Secondly, the change frequency of oil pressure is too fast and too high, which will also directly cause the formation of bubbles and accelerate the rupture rate of bubbles. The test shows that the speed of cavitation will be accelerated in the part with high frequency of pressure change. For example, at the inlet and outlet of the loading cylinder, due to the relatively high frequency of pressure changes, the degree of cavitation is also relatively higher than that of other parts. In addition, overheating of the oil will also increase the probability of cavitation.

The piston rod of the loading cylinder has two kinds of solid rod and hollow rod, and one end of the hollow piston rod needs to be set aside for welding and heat treatment. The solid piston rod material is 35, 45 steel, and the hollow piston rod material is 35, 45 seamless steel pipe. After rough machining, the piston rod is conditioned to 229~285HB in India, and if necessary, the hardness is 45~55HRC after high-frequency quenching.

When the oil pressure of the loading cylinder inlet is too low to reach the specified value, the leakage situation of the relevant oil system should be checked and the leakage should be eliminated; Check the piston and piston rod seal ring for damage, aging, loose and other phenomena; Check whether the hydraulic pump and pressure valve are faulty.

Answers to some questions about loading cylinder:

If the equipment is not due to high temperature caused by the black cylinder, you do not have to worry too much because your excavator can still work normally. If you feel uncomfortable, you can choose to replace the cylinder or replace the hydraulic oil.
